Mitchel's journey into fitness began early, playing hockey, baseball, and volleyball. In 2013, he encountered CrossFit and, despite struggling through his first workout and quitting multiple times, he felt a strong determination to master it.

Mitchel earned his Bachelor’s in Exercise Physiology from Concordia University-Wisconsin in 2017 and his Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Administration in 2019. His experience includes working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Concordia and interning at the Division One level, further honing his skills.

Mitchel is committed to continual learning and skill development. With a keen eye for proper technique, he emphasizes that technique always takes precedence. His passion for coaching is evident in his dedication to helping members and athletes improve their performance.
